A lone cat padded through the early morning dew of the [/center] hidden forest. Her speckled pelt gleamed from the sunlight coming through the branches looming over her.
PineFrost picked her ears, listening to the distinct voices of the creatures of the woods. She could hear sparrows chirping, she could hear mice pattering under the leaves, a squirrel a few trees to her right was trying to crackopen an acorn.
I suppose I better try to catch a few of those mice, she decided while stretching her paws out in front of her and yawning. She stood up, and opened her jaws to let the scents engulf her, she quickly scented a mouse a few rabbit hops away.
She dropepd to her haunches, and started creeping towards the sound of the mouse's tiny heartbeat. She got closer, and as the mouse was nibbling a seed, she pounced , her claws unsheathed and jaws open, ready to bite.
She caught the mouse firmly between her front pas. It started to squirm and try to escape, but PineFrost ended it with a quick bite to the neck.
She dropped the mouse on the ground and burried it under the rocky earth.
